Each Supplier operates under its own set of terms and conditions, which are in addition to those outlined here. It is your responsibility to review and understand these specific terms. Some content and services on our website may be owned or licensed by Suppliers and may include additional conditions of use. Infiniti Travels acts as an intermediary or “Booking Agent” for services not directly provided by us (e.g., flights, accommodations, tours). By purchasing services from these Suppliers, you enter into a separate contract with them. Pricing for airline tickets and other travel products may be subject to post-purchase adjustments due to changes in government fees, supplier costs, or currency fluctuations.

Payments

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed, and travel documents are issued. Upon providing payment information, you authorize Infiniti Travels to make necessary payment arrangements with Suppliers. Any additional charges incurred due to fluctuations in transportation costs, taxes, or currency exchanges will be communicated and passed on to you. Personal checks may not be accepted, and payments must comply with our specified methods and deadlines.

Cancellations and Changes

Changes or cancellations to your bookings may be made by Suppliers or due to unforeseen circumstances. If we are notified of such changes, we will inform you promptly. Your options may include accepting revised arrangements, choosing alternatives (if available), or canceling for a potential refund, subject to Supplier terms. Infiniti Travels is not liable for additional costs resulting from such changes. For flights, you must confirm with airlines directly to ensure scheduled operations. Airlines may cancel onward travel if you miss a prior leg of your flight itinerary.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By booking through Infiniti Travels or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable Supplier conditions. Violations may result in reservation cancellations, forfeited payments, or additional costs incurred. You confirm that you have the legal authority to make bookings and agree to provide accurate information on behalf of all travelers involved.

Booking Changes

Requests for booking modifications are subject to Supplier terms and availability. Changes may incur fees from both Infiniti Travels and the Supplier. Name changes are rarely permitted and may be treated as cancellations. Failure to adhere to flight sequences or notify airlines of changes may result in additional fees or itinerary cancellations.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellations initiated by customers are subject to Supplier terms and cancellation fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receipt of funds from Suppliers. Flight tickets are typically non-refundable once partially used. Travel insurance is recommended to cover cancellation costs.

Airline Reservations

If issues arise at check-in with your confirmed reservation, you must address them directly with airline staff before leaving the counter. Airlines are obligated to provide alternate arrangements or compensation for denied boarding under specific circumstances.

Making a Complaint

If you encounter issues during your trip, notify the relevant Supplier immediately. Should the issue remain unresolved, contact Infiniti Travels as soon as possible for assistance. Delayed reporting may affect our ability to resolve your complaint.

Travel Documents and Destinations

Verify all details on your travel documents upon receipt. Safeguard your documents, as replacements may not always be possible. Prior to booking, review travel advisories and ensure you understand the risks associated with your destination.

Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, and immigration requirements for your itinerary. Infiniti Travels offers visa consulting services but does not guarantee approvals. Ensure that your documents meet the required standards, as invalid or incomplete submissions may affect your ability to travel.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is mandatory for certain arrangements. Infiniti Travels can assist with insurance options, but the ultimate responsibility to secure adequate coverage lies with you.

Vaccinations and Health

Vaccination requirements vary by destination and are your responsibility to arrange. Consult health professionals for guidance specific to your travel plans.

Hazardous Materials

Carrying hazardous materials, such as explosives or flammable substances, on flights is strictly prohibited. Ensure your luggage complies with airline safety regulations.

Use of Our Services and Website

Use of Infiniti Travels’ website is restricted to lawful purposes, including legitimate travel reservations. Unauthorized activities, such as data scraping or deep linking, are prohibited. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Infiniti Travels and its Suppliers against claims, losses, damages, and legal fees resulting from your use of our services, violation of terms, or unlawful activities.
